Former world boxing champion Joe Calzaghe is being tipped to join this year's Strictly Come Dancing, according to reports. The Mirror says that the undefeated fighter, from Newbridge in South Wales, is set to partner Kristina Rihanoff in the new series of the show which begins in September. His father Enzo Calzaghe, who trained Joe for every one of his 46 fights before he retired earlier this year, is reported to have said his son is taking part in the show. "I know about it, of course I know about it," he told the Welsh newspaper Western Mail. And Joe's Uncle Uccio also told the paper that he would be appearing, and added, "I think he'll do very well." "Like anything Joe has tackled in his life he has always wanted to be the best and come out best. He will put his heart into it 100 per cent." Loose Women co-host Lynda Bellingham, EastEnders star Ricky Groves and Jo Wood, ex-wife of Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood, are among other celebrities who have reportedly signed up for the new series.
