Brooke Vincent received a low score from the judges after she and Matej got tangled up during their routine
Actress Brooke Vincent suffered a wardrobe malfunction as she made her debut on Dancing On Ice.
The Coronation Street star and her partner Matej Silecky were the first pair on the ice in Sunday night’s episode of the ITV series, which has returned after a four-year hiatus.
After an impressive start, Brooke and Matej appeared to get stuck as their clothes snagged.
They managed to break free from each other but their routine apparently suffered, as judges Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo gave them just 13 out of a possible 40.
Many viewers thought Brooke earned a higher mark.
One person said on Twitter: “im sorry but brooke deserves better marks purely for continuing after she got stuck as if nothing happened, i would’ve freaked out and stopped right there.”

Another tweeted: “I am so proud of @BrookeLVincent for recovering after that wardrobe malfunction! The judges was too mean.”
Last week’s episode saw the first six celebrities perform and former Great British Bake Off champion Candice Brown received the lowest score from the judges – 13 out of 40.
The couples with the lowest scores will compete in a skate-off to determine who leaves the competition.
