Former X Factor winner Leona Lewis has hit out at this year's series of the show, calling it a 'pantomime'. Lewis - who has enjoyed a hugely successful career since beating fellow finalist Ray Quinn in 2006 - has said that the emphasis of the show has changed and that it no longer prioritises music. "It's all pantomime, of course," Lewis said. "I do feel that when I did it, it was more about the music. "Now it's a whole production - so many people on stage, dancing, special effects going off, all that craziness. Lewis' comments came after Simon Cowell's controversial decision to save John and Edward from the axe on last Sunday's show. The pair were in the bottom two with Lucie Jones - but Simon sent the judges' decision to deadlock, reverting the result back to the public vote. Ultimately Lucie, who had received the fewest number of votes, left the competition. Leona, however, said the public only had themselves to blame if the twins did well. "If people don't like them, they shouldn't vote for them," she said. "What are they going to do if they win?" Lloyd Daniels is once again favourite to eliminated this weekend, according to bookmakers Paddy Power, who are offering odds of 5-4 on the teen singer getting the chop. John and Edward are second favourites to go.
