Strictly pro Gleb Savchenko suffers 'alarming' allergic reaction
Strictly Come Dancing’s Gleb Savchenko pulled out of an apperance on spin-off show It Takes Two as he was receiving medical attention for an allergic reaction.
His celebrity dance partner, presenter Anita Rani, broke the news to Zoe Ball on the show, but said he was likely to be 'fine'.

“I’m flying solo! He’s had an allergic reaction,” the 38-year-old told Zoe, although she admitted the cause of the reaction was still a mystery.
“He went to see the doctor and his beautiful face was swelling in a rather alarming way.

“But I’ve heard that he’s going to be fine. Get well soon Gleb,” she said.
The Russian dancer, 31, instagrammed a photo of himself with a painfully swollen lip and said that he hoped he’d be well enough to perform on Strictly this Saturday.
He wrote, “Had a terrible allergy reaction… hope I’ll recovered in time for Saturday @bbcstrictly #teamGLITA.”
On Friday morning, he tweeted that he was 'camera blocking' i.e. planning out the pair’s moves for the camera, at Elstree studios, which suggests that Gleb will be performing on Saturday night. Phew!
