The X Factor: final Boot Camp battle. Here’s who made it to the 6 Chair Challenge
After a final two-hour slog for the viewers, The X Factor’s Boot Camp battle was over, and 64 acts were left standing, including the Philippines’ sister act 4th Power.
They blew the judges away again, this time with a performance of David Guetta’s Titanium.
“Boom! That was an audition,” said presenter Olly Murs (opens in new tab) - and the judges agreed.
“Compared to everything I’ve seen so far…wow!” said Rita Ora (opens in new tab).
“I would love to work with them,” said Simon Cowell (opens in new tab).
But it’s Cheryl Fernandez-Versini (opens in new tab) who will be 4th Power’s mentor, if they make it through the 6 Chair Challenge.
4th Power will be singing for a chair in the Groups category against:
Cam and Brett
Menn on Point
My Bad Sister
Rumour Has It
The First Kings
Simon will be mentoring the Overs for this series and that could include 37-year-old Bupsi, who crawled over the judges’ desk during her audition, to give Simon the “nasty” he wanted.
Bupsi made it through to the 6 Chair Challenge in the Overs category along with:
Lochei Kusi Ghent
Sherilyn Hamilton Shaw
Vicki Ann Nash
Rita will be mentoring the Girls category, which could be good news for 17-year-old Louisa Johnson.
After Louisa’s Boot Camp solo performance, Rita said: “I am dying to work with her.”
Louisa just has to fight for a chair against these other girls:
Jasmine Leigh Morris
Kelly Mai Webb
Nick Grimshaw is mentoring the Boys, which means he could be working with Australian powerhouse singer Seann Miley Moore, who also made it through, with Simon’s advice ringing in his ears: “Think like a winner.”
Sean is battling in the 6 Chair Challenge against:
Jordan Luke Gage
Seann Miley Moore
The X Factor continues on ITV, Sunday, October 4, 7.00pm.
