The Only Way Is Essex star Lydia Bright has said she would never consider plastic surgery - thanks to the confidence her mum has given her. The 20-year-old's mother Debbie has fostered over 200 children over the past two decades - and Lydia revealed that she taught them, as well as her, her brother and two sisters - to love their bodies. "Mum's strict but very loving and she's instilled in me that you should be content to be the person you naturally are, that beauty comes from the inside, and looking artificial isn't attractive," she said. "I'd certainly never have plastic surgery or fake boobs, and after her nagging me for years to stop tanning I've finally given up that look now. Nowadays orange is out, and I'm into a pale look and vintage clothes." The reality TV star admitted that she found negative comments about her figure hard to deal with after joining the show - and has since lost a stone. "Being fitter and slimmer has helped me feel more confident about myself," she said. "While I love being in the series it can make you feel a bit self-conscious when you see yourself on television, and at the same time have your life played out in public. "Having a personal trainer, going to the gym regularly and cutting out the rubbish, fast food and having a healthy diet makes me feel good. It's about getting mentally and physically stronger."
