Sort Your Life Out with Stacey Solomon, 9 pm, BBC One

We love this series, and if it doesn’t inspire you to have just a tiny sort-out or tidy up, then nothing will! This week, presenter Stacey Solomon and her ace team are helping to declutter and completely reorganise the home of the Fall family in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Dad Dan has ADHD and things have reached such a state of chaos that his wife Julia can’t bear to come inside the house sometimes.

With rooms where you can’t see the floor, not to mention 13 accumulated guitars, the team take a collective deep breath! It’s joyous to see the end results and the huge impact it’s clearly going to have on this lovely family’s lives.

Amanda Owen's Farming Lives, 9 pm, More4

Amanda’s willingness to get stuck in means she’s the perfect presenter to meet ‘the amazing folk who keep this country going’, and it’s why the sheep farmer is milking cows at 6.30am. Amanda’s in Newport at Castle Farm, which supports four families, after husband and wife Kev and Sian left steady jobs to run her parents’ farm.

This was in March 2020, and lockdown proved to be a business bonus, with people wanting to shop locally in the clan’s three farm shops and enjoy their USP – a milkshake vending machine using the day’s supply.

The Catch, 9 pm, Channel 5

Brenda Fricker and Aneurin Barnard both star in The Catch.

Ed’s (Jason Watkins) paranoia goes into overdrive in this second episode, as he’s convinced someone is watching him after finding a carefully placed photo of him and his Navy chums with the word ‘killer’ painted across the deck. He suspects his daughter Abbie’s ex, George (Morgan Palmeria), could be up to no good when he’s spotted on CCTV prowling around near Ed’s boat, but he still has his eye firmly fixed on Abbie’s new boyfriend, Ryan (Aneurin Barnard).

After hiring a private investigator, Ed heads out on a bonding boat-trip with the smooth-talking Ryan, but uses the opportunity to do some further snooping. Just how far is Ed willing to go?

Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby opens up her life as she prepares for parenthood with her boyfriend, Jake Ankers. This new series follows the mum-to-be and self-made entrepreneur as she juggles her professional ventures as well as her family and friends.

We also get to see why Sunderland and the North East of England in general are so close to Charlotte’s heart and visit the places that mean the most to her and her loved ones. Prepare for a refreshingly honest look at the ups and downs of Charlotte’s life as well as the everyday goings-on in her business empire.

Former Bridgerton star Ruby Stokes swaps period drama for life as a ghost hunter in this lively and richly imagined new eight-part supernatural drama. Set in an alternative reality where phantoms plague the people of Britain, the tale follows Lucy Carlyle, a teenager with a psychic gift and plenty of emotional baggage, as she joins a new ghost-hunting agency trying to make a name for itself. Unlike their rivals, Lockwood & Co is comprised solely of teenagers who are sick of being exploited by adults, but they get more than they bargained for after stumbling on a dark conspiracy.
