X Factor: Louis, Dannii fight on Take That night!

The party atmosphere of X Factor's Take That night was ruined after judge Dannii Minogue was reduced to tears over accusations she had 'stolen' Louis' song. Earlier this week, it was reported that Dannii (pictured) had picked the band's hit Rule The World for her act Rachel Hylton, which Louis Walsh had wanted for his group, JLS. After JLS performed A Million Love Songs, Louis snapped at Dannii: "You did nick their song, but it didn't matter, they were fantastic." When the ITV1 show returned from a break, Dannii appeared so distraught she was unable to introduce her own act which was, ironically, Rachel. Dannii was barely able to regain her composure to comment on Rachel's performance but fellow judge Cheryl Cole declared she was a 'soulful singer'. Despite the fall-out, the show served up some rousing performances, as each finalist sang some of the band's greatest hits. Alexandra opened the show with a unique rendition of Relight My Fire, which Simon Cowell described as "one of the best versions of that song I've ever heard." After Spanish singer Ruth Lorenzo sang Love Ain't Here Any More, Louis said: "That was another powerhouse performance, I can't fault you at all." Diana Vickers sang the band's recent number one hit Patience and Simon said of her performance: "There were some shaky moments but that's what made it great." At her masterclass with Take That's Gary Barlow and Mark Owen, Gary told Diana: "If Simon doesn't sign you, I'd sign you tomorrow." Irishman Eoghan Quigg closed the show with the crowd-pleaser Never Forget. Despite Eoghan's reservations over some of the song's high notes, Louis told him: "You're like FeDex, you always deliver." The show also featured a performance from Take That themselves, who sang their new single Greatest Day. Tune in for the results at 9.55pm
