Danielle Lloyd was 'very happy' to accept a public apology over a newspaper claim that she enjoyed a marathon sex session in a club with a DJ she had just met. The 23-year-old Celebrity Big Brother contestant was at London's High Court to hear her solicitor Simon Smith tell Mr Justice Eady: "The allegations are entirely false. The incident simply did not happen." The former Miss Great Britain had sued Express Newspapers over a story in the Daily Star Sunday in February - Dani's sex romp is a video nasty. Danielle said she was 'very happy' with the settlement after receiving a public apology in court over a newspaper claim that she enjoyed a marathon sex session in a nightclub changing room. The model had asked for any damages to be donated to The Linda McCartney Memorial Trust, which she chose as she had recently had an operation to have a lump removed from her breast. "The Linda McCartney centre were the ones who treated me and I'm a great supporter." Asked how she was now, she said: "I'm feeling much better - still in a little bit of pain - but I'll be fine." She addded: "Obviously it was a false allegation and I'm very happy with the result and that the money is going to a charity of my choice." Her solicitor, Simon Smith, said that the amount of the donation was confidential. "Danielle is very conscious that the Star in particular has been a great supporter of her and this was not a grudge against them," he said. "This was a point of principle - the importance to nail the lie."
