Tony Gordon has already bumped off one Coronation Street resident - and now it looks like another one could be on his hitlist. The killer, played by Gray O'Brien, is set for a shock when his wife Carla returns, and feels she should join Liam Connor six feet under, according to The Sun. The newspaper claims Tony will arrange for Carla (Alison King) to be killed during an upcoming christening. It may sound like a scene from The Godfather, but the episode should be an offer soap fans can't refuse when it airs in November. Apparently Tony will be at the blessing while Carla waits in the Underworld office, unaware the killer is about to strike. Tony is driven to another murder when Carla threatens to tell Maria Connor (Samia Smith) that her boyfriend arranged husband Liam's death.
