Luke to replace Tommy Duckworth in Kevin Webster's garage?

Coronation Street is set to welcome a new regular cast member when Steph Britton's brother takes over Tommy Duckworth's old job at the garage.

Luke Britton will be played by Dean Fagan, who fills the mechanic vacancy at Kevin Webster and Tyrone Dobbs' garage, according to the Daily Star Sunday.

Tisha Merry, who plays Steph, recently became a regular member of the cast when she landed a job as a waitress at the Bistro, and has previously been a recurring character as a friend of Katy Armstrong (Georgia May Foote).

Apparently Steph will hear about the vacancy at the garage and secure the job for Luke.

Chris Fountain, who played Tommy, was sacked from the ITV soap in August when YouTube videos emerged of him as a masked rapper performing offensive lyrics.
