Zaraah Abrahams exits Dancing On Ice

Zaraah Abrahams has become the fourth celebrity to be voted off Dancing On Ice's all-star series, following her second brush with the bottom two.

The former Coronation Street actress had already survived the previous week's skate-off against Todd Carty - but proved unable to see off the challenge from rugby star Kyran Bracken,

However after both had performed their 'save me' routines - Zaraah to Don't Cry For Me Argentina and Kyran to Snow Patrol's Chasing Cars - the judges were divided over who to send home.

Both Karen Barber and Ashley Roberts voted to save Kyran, but Jason Gardiner disagreed, describing the skate-off as 'incredible' and opting to save Zaraah - and leaving Robin Cousins with the casting vote.

And his vote went Kyran's way as he told the pair: "You both delivered something new and said I would love to save you both but I saved Kyran which means Zaraah is out of the competition."

Afterwards a visibly emotional Zaraah said "It has been wonderful and I am so sorry to say goodbye to everybody" - adding that her skating partner Andy Buchanan had been "wonderful".

Earlier in the show the actress had scored a mixed response for her performance to the classic Puttin' On The Ritz - with Jason calling the routine's lifts 'laboured'.

However Robin told her: "This is one of the most difficult routines of the week and you pulled it off."

Seven other celebrity skaters went straight through to next weekend's show, including favourites Ray Quinn and Hayley Tamaddon.

Beth Tweddle, Gareth Gates, Sam Attwater, Suzanne Shaw and Bonnie Langford also went straight through following the public vote.

Next weekend's Dancing On Ice will see the eight remaining couples skating head to head in the 'duels' night.
