Kat gets stuck into being a domestic goddess as she struggles to make her marriage work. Alfie's suspicions are aroused by her over compensation. Alfie has a nagging feeling that Kat is hiding something and confronts her about her night away from home and the flowers. As Kat tries to cover, Alfie pushes her for the truth. Kat confesses that she's been seeing someone else! Janine is desperate to prove to Michael that she wants to give their marriage a chance. Michael is unsettled when a new suit is delivered to the office with a note from Janine telling him she'll see him at 8pm. When Michael asks Billy what Janine is up to Billy can't give him an answer. A worried Billy and Kim confront Janine, but she screams at them to get out. Michael heads to the Vic with a present for Tommy, trying to avoid Janine. Kat is wary around him. Michael tells Alfie that he's having problems with Janine, aware that Kat can hear him, and pointedly suggests to Alfie he swap Kat for Janine and her millions. Michael returns home to find Janine presenting him with a suitcase stuffed with cash as she declares it's everything he ever desired...
