It's almost 20 years since the death of the Princess of Wales, and part of C4's programming to mark the anniversary is this documentary promising Diana as we’ve never seen her before.

Its selling point is material from video tapes recorded between 1992 and 1993 by speech coach Peter Settelen, who Diana hired to help hone her public persona.

The tapes show an unguarded Diana practising her public speaking voice and talking about private matters, and their existence has provoked controversy over the years, including the 2004 storm around excerpts being broadcast on US channel NBC.
