Ian thinks his luck is in but Mel is up to something in Ian's house, Stacey makes Martin jealous, and Carmel escapes Kush.

Sharon and Phil call a staff meeting at the club to talk about the money that’s gone missing. Phil points out that it’s Mel’s responsibility as the club doesn’t seem to have been locked up. Phil tells Mel she’s got a week to pay back at least some of the missing £15k.

Mel plots to reel in Ian by telling him she needs a new food supplier for the club. He takes the bait and offers to recreate a dish he made for her when they were together. Ian invites Mel to his for dinner, sure it’s a date. After getting Ian out of the house on an errand, Mel frantically searches the house for the necklace Ben gave to Kathy. Will she find it and steal it?

Stacey’s unimpressed when Robbie tries to set her up with one of Shrimpy’s mates. She tells Robbie she’s not interested and instead heads over to see Martin. The couple find it difficult to keep their hands off each other but are almost caught by an unsuspecting Bex.

When Martin is really rattled, an upset Stacey accuses Martin of being embarrassed to be seen with her. Angry after what she sees as being snubbed by Martin, Stacey heads to The Vic and tells him the date is on with Shrimpy’s mate! When Martin later sees Stacey on the date he is jealous. He approaches Stacey and apologises.

Kush is trying his best to look after Carmel and makes sure he keeps her close. But as soon as his back is turned, Carmel does a runner! Carmel ends up in the playground, where she finds Keegan on the swings. Carmel sits down next to Keegan and they have a heart-to-heart.

Also, a tipsy Denise and Kim burn some of Vincent’s belongings.
