EastEnders spoilers: Will Mel get a shock at Hunter's plea hearing?

Mel is anxious as she attends the plea hearing for Hunter, Ben makes a shock discovery about Phil and Tiffany gives a statement about the gang.

Mel discovers that people have been gossiping about Hunter’s plea hearing and she is furious. When Ben winds her up about Hunter she is even more frustrated. After visiting Hunter’s solicitor, Mel is told that it would help Hunter’s case if she could find some friendly faces to go along to the hearing. After having no luck talking anyone round Mel heads to the court for the hearing… How will things go for her son?

EastEnders Ben Mitchell

Ben settles into Walford.

Ben is shocked when Phil makes a huge admission and confesses that he’s broke. Ben talks to Jay and reveals that Phil is in a complete mess. After inviting Phil for dinner, Ben tells Phil that they can rebuild the Mitchell empire together. Lola is surprised by Ben’s words.

EastEnders Tiffany Butcher

Tiffany gives a statement to the police.

Tiffany is taken aback when Jack visits her and reveals that the police need her to give a witness statement about the gang. Despite wanting her distance herself from everything that’s happened, Tiffany agrees. After giving her statement, Tiffany has a heart-to-heart with Jack, who is supportive. Keen to get back to normal, Tiffany is rattled when Dennis asks about the gang. When she refuses to tell him anything, Dennis secretly messages Stix…

Also, Patrick tells Denise that he wants the salon to open on Good Friday before heading off to Trinidad and leaving Denise in charge. Denise and Kim are left disappointed when Chantelle reveals she won’t be able to walk for them full time.
