Know a thing or two about pop music? Marvin and Rochelle Humes and The Hit List will test how much you really know!

Singers Marvin and Rochelle Humes know lots about music, making the husband and wife team the perfect hosts for BBC1’s new pop quiz.

It’s reminiscent of Name That Tune, with three couples vying to win £10,000.

Marvin and Rochelle know a fair bit about music. Marvin came second on 2008’s The X Factor with boy band JLS, and the group went on to notch up five No.1 songs and win two BRIT Awards before they split in 2013.

Meanwhile, as part of The Saturdays, Rochelle scored 13 top-10 hits including one No.1 single before the girl group disbanded in 2014.

As Rochelle told TV Times: "Name That Tune is the show that will probably come to people’s minds.

"This is different, but it’s still a very addictive, shout-the-answers-at-the-telly show.

And as Marvin points out, they're ideal for the gig: "This is the kind of game we play at home all the time as we love music.

"But these days I’m referee…"

Music shows were once a mainstay of the TV schedules, so we hope The Hit Lists hits the right notes.

Look out for Marvin earlier on Saturday Kitchen (BBC1, 10am).
