Richard Ayoade's last series at the helm of Travel Man kicks off with him heading to Dubrovnik with Stephen Merchant

For the ninth and final time Travel Man Richard Ayoade (Joe Lycett takes over from next year) is packing his compact case and travelling without mercy to maximise a mini break (Monday, 8.30pm, see our TV Guide for full details).

Alongside fellow funny man Stephen Merchant, the pair is in the Croatian city of Dubrovnik.

After checking into their very lovely hotel they take a Games of Thrones themed tour of the ancient city to see for themselves where some of the most famous scenes were filmed. Which is kind of a waste of time as neither has seen it.

Then they eat oysters, experience an uncomfortable buggy safari, buy a very expensive tie for Stephen and take a boat trip to a cursed island.
