Holby City star Camilla Arfwedson has said she has enjoyed seeing her ice queen character Zosia March melt a little.
The junior doctor has been getting involved with older medic Jesse Law (Don Gilet) in the BBC drama series, who also happens to be a friend of her father’s, abad enjoying playing Zosia’s vulnerable side.
“Zosia's usually such an ice queen,” says Camilla. “But Jesse really gets her and isn’t intimidated by her. She’s started to melt around him, and that’s been nice to see. Zosia just wants to be loved.”
But when the pair split and Jesse turns down a permanent contract at the hospital, Zosia’s dad Guy Self (John Michie) realises what’s been going on.
"Jesse is such a player and it's very hard for Guy to stomach the fact that he's been messing around with his daughter. They have a huge fight and Guy punches him. Jesse is forced to leave the hospital - and who know if he comes back.”
