Jules Knight: ‘Would I return to Holby? Never say never!’ (VIDEO)
Jules Knight has admitted he wouldn't rule out a return to Holby City.
Actor Jules quit the BBC1 medical drama last April after two years playing dishy doctor Harry Tressler.
Referring to recent tweets from fans commenting that it had been a year since Harry and sweetheart Mary-Claire (Niamh McGrady) left Holby to start a new life in Chicago, Jules told What's on TV: "It's very flattering to think that the fans still remember that whole period and I remember it very fondly as well. I miss it. It was great fun. I saw Niamh the other day – it was nice to see her and catch up over a coffee."
He added: "People often say: ‘You’re not mangled’ because, as Harry, my face was messed up for a while. I've had quite a few questions: 'Will you come back? Please come back!'"
So would he? "Never say never," said Jules. "I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t go back to the show – I had a great time and if they call me up and ask me to come back, we'll see what happens."
Jules will be back on our screens this summer in a new eight-part series of Sky1's comedy crime drama, Agatha Raisin. He guest stars as Guy Freemont, the owner of a water company causing chaos in the Cotswolds.
And it seems that, since leaving Holby, Jules has also been seeing what Hollywood has to offer.

“It was in the middle of pilot season where you get a phone call saying: ‘You’ve got an audition in an hour’ and you look on the map and, because LA’s so massive, the audition is an hour’s drive away. So you’re reading the script from your phone on the way to the audition – doing the best you can to remember lines you’ve just been given.
"It's hectic, challenging and a bit mad and it is a bit of a lottery because there are so many people auditioning for these parts."
He added: "I think there would definitely be some good things about living in LA, but I’m equally happy here and I think I’m quite suited to English roles as well and a lot of those are cast here, so we’ll see what happens over the next few months."
Agatha Raisin returns to Sky1 this summer.
