Kids in Love | Film review - Gap-year idling with posh bohemians

In a dither over what to do with his gap year, Will Poulter's middle-class youngster gets taken up by a bunch of posh bohemians in Kids in Love, a laid-back coming-of-age-drama set in a very well-heeled, arty stratum of present-day London.

Not everyone will be charmed by the film's uncritical depiction of upper-crust privilege, with its casual use of vintage Rolls Royces and swanky homes in the country, but the ever-watchable Poulter holds things together, while Cara Delevingne, perfectly at home in this milieu, adds her customary boho chic in a supporting role.
