Katherine Kelly 'overwhelmed' at birth of her daughter, Orla

Mr Selfridge star Katherine Kelly is 'overwhelmed with joy' after giving birth to a daughter, Orla, on Tuesday, March 11.

Her husband, Ryan Clark, said: "Katherine has given me the best gift in the world. Absolutely smitten with Orla and so proud of my wife."

Katherine, 34, married her Australian boyfriend, Ryan (pictured), in September last year, after meeting at a New Year's Eve party in Australia in 2010.

An entertainment writer with a diverse taste in TV and film, he lists Seinfeld, The Sopranos, The Chase, The Thick of It and Detectorists among his favourite shows, but steers well clear of most sci-fi.
