Amelia Lily has returned to The The X Factor after the public were given the chance to replace Frankie Cocozza with one of the acts booted out in the first week of the live shows. The 17-year-old - who had been the favourite to return - received 48 per cent of the public vote ahead of Saturday's show, fighting off competition from former finalists 2 Shoes, Jonjo Kerr and James Michael. And she had the chance to perform on Saturday's Queen v Lady Gaga themed show when the results of the vote were revealed. Amelia was voted back in after finalist Frankie Cocozza was booted off the show earlier this week, after allegedly boasting of drug-taking sessions. She made her comeback singing the Queen track The Show Must Go On - and received a warm reception from the judges. "Welcome back," Louis Walsh said, "I think you're really talented and I think you're going to go far in this competition." Tulisa added, "You must be in shock, but you really deserve to be here because I know how much you want this." Amelia will be eligible for this week's public vote alongside the other acts on the show. She originally left the live finals in the first week after each judge had to vote off one of their acts. Her return means that mentor Kelly Rowland now has the most acts left in the competition - three, alongside Misha B and Janet Devlin. Fellow mentor Gary Barlow has two - Craig Colton and Marcus Collins, while Tulisa and Louis have one each, in the shape of Little Mix and Kitty Brucknell.
