Coronation Street viewers left outraged after Gary Windass suggests Nicola Rubinstein ABORTS their unborn child

Viewers were not happy with Gary's shock reveal...

Coronation Street viewers were left seething at their TV screens on Friday night after Gary Windass delivered a shocking blow to his one-night stand Nicole Rubinstein.

As if cheating on his girlfriend, Sarah Platt, with Pat Phelan's daughter earlier this year wasn’t bad enough, Gary outraged Corrie fans even more when he suggested she abort their love child during Friday night’s episode.

After their one night stand left Nicola pregnant, Gary was seen heading to her home during Friday’s episode to discuss how he wants to be part of the child’s life, claiming it will be too hard for Nicola to be a single mum.

But when she reveals that he will need to confess his affair to Sarah if he wants to be a father to the child, Gary did the unthinkable and told her what to do with her own body.

This did not sit well with viewers at home, who quickly took to Twitter to vent their anger over Gary’s suggestion that Nicola should have an abortion , because it would be ‘the right thing’.

“@itvcorrie GARY!!! HOW DARE YOU??? #Corrie @nicolathorp_ please tell Sarah about the infidelity of him,” one person wrote.

While another said: “Gary asking Nicola for an abortion to cover his mistake has annoyed me so much #Corrie".

And another raged: "OMFG NO WAY DID GARY JUST TELL NICOLA TO HAVE AN ABORTION #Corrie #coronationstreet".

Another added: “Gary. You’re pathetic. Classic cheat. #corrie”

While this viewer doesn’t seem to care for the direction the character of Gary is heading in, "Gary used to be a decent character now he’s a complete k**b #corrie," they moaned.
