EastEnders fans will get a double bill next Thursday

EastEnders fans tuning in a week on Friday to get their normal instalment from Albert Square will instead finding themselves watching Children in Need!

Yep, the annual fundraiser is taking over the BBC’s schedules next Friday 16th November, which means that there’s no EastEnders next Friday.

But, the good news for EastEnders fans is that there is a double bill of EastEnders on Thursday 15th November, so there’s an hour of action from Walford from 7.30pm.

Next week then, EastEnders is on Monday at 8pm, Tuesday at 7.30pm, and Thursday (two episodes) at 7.30pm.

The cast of EastEnders traditionally play a big part in Children in Need. Last year Shona McGarty and Lee Ryan were among the stars who performed a medley of musical hits from top West End shows including Les Miserables and My Fair Lady.

It’s not yet known what the cast has up its sleeve for this year. But, we do know the presenting line-for for the 2018 Children in Need Appeal Show, which will kick off with a One Show special at 7.00pm on Friday 16th November.

Rob Beckett, Graham Norton, Tess Daly, Mel Giedroyc, Ade Adepitan, Rochelle and Marvin Humes are teaming up to present the show.
