Emmerdale fans at war over who should get custody of baby Seb

The fight between Rebecca White and Robert Sugden took a dramatic turn in tonight's Emmerdale, leaving fans arguing about who should get custody of little Seb.

As Rebecca continues to plan her move to Liverpool with Ross Barton in Emmerdale, fans have taken to social media to voice their concern about who baby Seb should stay with.

Despite the fact Rebecca is Seb's mum, the small fact that she has recently had a brain injury means Seb's father, Robert, understandably believes she isn't capable of looking after their son.

Robert and Aaron want to keep Seb with them

The news that Rebecca and Ross want to leave the village and start a new life in Liverpool has hit Robert and his husband hard, leaving them with a battle on their hands as they desperately try to keep Seb with them.

But tonight's visit to the Dales saw Rebecca serve a chilling ultimatum... either they let her take Seb with her, or she will take them to court.

But while lots of people believe Seb should be with his mum, there are plenty of Emmerdale fans who think he is better off with Robert and Aaron.

Viewers certainly didn't hold off voicing their opinions on social media. Lots of fans were definitely team Robert...

With Ross leaving Emmerdale this Friday, it remains to be see whether he will not only be taking Moses with him, but whether Rebecca will be leaving too.

As the battle for baby Seb hots up tomorrow, could Robert's reluctance to let his son leave the village put an untimely end to Ross and Rebecca's rekindled relationship if she decides to stay behind?

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
