Tonight's blind auditions saw former Hollyoaks star Abi Phillips hoping to sing her way to a record deal.
The blind auditions drew to a close in tonight's episode of The Voice, giving this year's pop hopefuls just one last chance to impress the judges.
Thirty-one-year-old Paul Woodley was the first contestant to sing for one of the five remaining places in the competition, but his rendition of Come Together by The Beatles failed to impress the judges.
Former Hollyoaks actress Abi Phillips, who played Liberty Savage in the soap from 2010-2012, was hoping to prove she'd made the right decision in quitting acting to pursue a singing career.
Abi released her first single Summer Sunshine in 2011, but she hoped a place in The Voice could lead to a record deal.
Abi sang Little Big Town's Girl Crush, but her The Voice dream was short-lived when none of the judges offered to mentor her.
Next up was Kit Rice, from London. Kit's original take on Bill Withers classic Ain't No Sunshine impressed Gavin and Jennifer enough for them to turn their chairs, and the pair were left to fight it out over who became Kit's mentor.
After a few moments of deliberation, Kit decided to pick American Idol winner Jennifer.
Tim Gallagher was the next contestant to be offered a coveted place in the competition. The 23-year-old, from Manchester, sang Usher's Crash.
Both Will.I.Am and Gavin Rossdale were keen to mentor Tim, but he decided to choose Will.I.Am as his coach.
Linda Jennings, from Bolton, was the next hopeful to blow the judges away with her rendition of Long and Winding Road by The Beatles.
Lisa was spoilt for choice as Will.I.Am, Gavin and Tom all turned around in a bid to become her mentor.
But Lisa decided to choose veteran star Tom Jones, who has been in the music industry for over 50 years.
Welsh teenager Victoria Kerley was next up, singing Shawn Mendes's Treat You Better. Both Will.I.Am and Gavin turned, but Victoria decided to pick Will.I.Am to coach her through the competition.
The last hopeful to be offered a place was 25-year-old Ruth Lockwood, from Rotherham.
Ruth sang Britney Spears' 2003 hit Toxic, impressing Gavin Rossdale with her vocal range.
The chosen singers will now work closely with their mentors as they fight their way to a record contract.
The Voice continues on ITV1 next Saturday.
