This six-part drama introduces us to DI Jack Caffery, a detective who is plagued by nightmares and develops an obsession with the neighbor whom he believes is responsible for the murder of his 10-year-old brother in the 1990s.

At the same time, the series also tells the story of a wealthy family from Monmouthshire who find themselves falling foul of a psychopath and becoming victims of their twisted and terrifying games.

The series was adapted by Suspicion's Megan Gallagher and has been produced by Hartswood Films, the team behind Inside Man, The Devil's Hour and Sherlock. Gallagher has promised that Wolf has "massively high stakes and hugely climactic finale", and the series as a whole has been pitched as "a nail-biting and deeply disturbing race against time".
