Big Brother contestants Hughie Maughan and Ryan Ruckledge announced on Twitter on Thursday they're to be married

Big Brother’s Ryan Ruckledge and Hughie Maughan are engaged, they have confirmed.

Everybody’s favourite couple – who met in the latest series of the Channel 5 show – announced they are getting married.

Hugh and Ryan had a peck, followed by a proper snog (Channel 5) — *(Channel 5)*

The couple revealed the news on Twitter on Thursday, with Ryan saying he 'can’t wait for the future'.

The pair were split up during the show after Ryan was evicted and Hughie reached the final, eventually finishing as runner-up.

After he was evicted, Ryan had a tattoo of Hughie’s name inked.
