Kerry Katona: We won't suffer the curse of MTV

Kerry Katona and husband Mark Croft are about to let the world into their living room, with their own MTV reality TV show beginning this weekend. And the former Atomic Kitten singer and her man say they aren't worried about the so-called curse of MTV, in which couples who have allowed cameras into their home - Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey, Dave Navarro and Carmen Electra among them - have broken up soon after the series screened. "At the end of the day, it's about your relationship," says Mark. "It's not the curse of anything. It's about how strong your relationship is. Just because you've gone on TV doesn't mean you're going to split up." Kerry admits Mark was the driving force behind the show, called Kerry Katona: Crazy In Love, which screens this Sunday at 10pm. "I was a bit dubious about doing it, but Mark was up for it," she says. "I was worried about letting somebody into your lives for that amount of time and that close to you. I was thinking, 'How am I going to be portrayed? What are people going to think?' But at the end of the day, I've got nothing to be scared of, people are either going to like it, or they're not."
