Len Goodman wants Dame Edna for Strictly!

Len Goodman told What's On TV which celebrity he'd most like to see in Strictly Come Dancing this autumn...

"It would be great to have Barry Humphries," says Strictly's head judge. "I reckon he could come on as Dame Edna, or a different character every week."

Len insists he's kept in the dark about contestants until nearer the show's launch, but he always keeps up with the Strictly gossip grapevine.

"I've heard the rumours, but they never tell us judges who's on the show until they tell everybody else. I'm glad, too, because I'd be giving away the secrets!

"If it is Judy Murray as rumoured, perhaps Andy Murray will come and cheer her on like she's always cheering him on during his matches. I just hope they can find such a terrific lot of contestants as they have in the last two years."
