Actor Matt Di Angelo needed emergency medical treatment after tearing his knee ligaments during rehearsals for Strictly Come Dancing. The EastEnders star screamed in pain as medics bandaged his leg and banned him from practising for three days, according to reports in The Sun. Matt said: "One minute I was dancing and all of a sudden I was in pain. I pulled some ligaments in my leg and I've had to have physio. I'm out of action for a few days which is annoying as I've been practising hard. He added: "We've been doing four hours a day and it's really, really difficult. I makes EastEnders look easy." Matt is one of 14 famous faces taking part in this year's pro-celebrity dance contest. But he's convinced that he doesn't stand a chance of winning the show - as Kelly Brook is stealing the limelight. He said: "If I was going to put money on someone it would be Kelly. Every time I open a paper she's pictured in a skimpy outfit and there's just a few lines about everyone else. But, he added: "The competition is really intense. Alesha Dixon and Gethin Jones are dark horses. I'd keep an eye on them." The fifth series of Strictly Come Dancing starts on Saturday October 6 on BBC1.
