The heat in the kitchen got too much for EastEnders star Laila Morse on Friday night’s Celebrity MasterChef!
EastEnders actress Laila Morse made a teeny, tiny slip-up when she confused Celebrity MasterChef with BBC quiz show Mastermind.
Laila, 70, told judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace: “See what you have to put up with on this Mastermind!”, when they quizzed her about her dessert.
Her comment was met with loud laughter from both the judges, while she jokingly told the camera crew: “Cut! Cut!”, after realising the slip-up.
The latest episode (on Friday, July 1), saw celebrities Laila competing with former rugby star Neil Back, Sugababes singer Amelle Berrabah and Reverend Richard Coles.
And the internet was full of love for Laila after her error.
Unfortunately, her competitors outshone her and Laila was sent home, along with Amelle.
She will be missed.
