Walliams meets 'idol' Rylan Clark

David Walliams couldn't contain his excitement when he met one of his "idols" - X Factor reject Rylan Clark. The funnyman and the axed talent show wannabe came face-to-face on Daybreak, where Rylan is filling in as a showbiz reporter. "This is the best moment of my life," David told the Essex performer. Rylan said: "Everyone thinks we're the same person." Hugging Rylan, Little Britain star David replied: "People thought I was playing him in The X Factor... I'm going to play you in a movie of your life." Rylan joked: "I think you should. Although there's not really a lot gone on to be fair." David later tweeted a photo of the pair hugging, with the caption: "My life is now complete." And in reply to a tweet joking that he looked "the campest person there", David teased: "Rylan is actually very butch in real life. He has a wife and kids."
