X Factor finalists Rough Copy returned to being a trio on Sunday night's show after visa issues forced them down to a two-piece at the judges' houses.
Band members Sterling and Joe were forced to go to New York City to perform for Gary Barlow without fellow singer Kazeem Ajobe after visa issues prevented him from leaving the country.
But after the pair made it through to the live shows Gary reunited the band, visiting Kazeem's house and telling him: "I want you back in the group."
He added: "We all felt really bad about what happened. If my judges' houses had been in the UK you would have been there."
It's not the first time that visa issues have threatened Rough Copy's future on the show.
The band were all set to go to judges' houses in 2012 but had to pull out of the competition after Kazeem - who was born in Nigeria but lives in South London - was unable to sort out the paperwork, meaning if he had left the country he would not have been able to return.
Rough Copy made it through on Sunday night's X Factor along with fellow groups Kingsland Road and Miss Dynamix.

They will take their place with 11 other acts in the first of the live heats, which kicks off next Saturday night at 8pm.
