Big Brother: Daley and Hazel voted into 'safe house'

Daley Ojuederie and Hazel O'Sullivan will replace Gina Rio, Dexter Koh and Charlie Travers in the Big Brother house following the latest public vote.

The loved-up twosome were chosen by the public from one of six pairs of housemates announced on Friday night.

Other possible pairings to enter the luxury lodgings included twins Jack and Joe, Jackie and Callum, Gina and Dan, Dexter and Charlie or Sam and Sophie.

The result means that not only will Daley and Hazel move into the secret safe house but they will also be immune from next week's public vote.

The pair have been causing a stir in recent days with their increasingly close relationship - with viewers no doubt hoping the romantic sparks will fly in their new surroundings.

Things have become so heated between the boxer and the glamour model that Daley's girlfriend Katie Corriette broke down in tears on spin-off show Big Brother's Bit On The Side earlier this week.

Katie admitted she was 'heartbroken' by the situation in the house, adding: “It’s horrible. I cant explain it to you. Most people who know him are really confused. It makes me feel a bit sick. I feel like I don’t know that person anymore."

Daley and Hazel's reaction to the announcement - and that of the other housemates - will be shown in Saturday night's Big Brother highlights show on Channel 5.
