Harry Blake has become the seventh person to be evicted from the Big Brother house, following the latest public vote of the series. The 22-year-old lost out following an eviction twist in which housemates' family and friends nominated on their behalf. Originally bodybuilder Jem Palmer found herself facing the public vote with Aaron Allard-Morgan as a result of the nominations, however Jem surprised everybody by quitting the house ahead of the vote. As a result the eviction was cancelled, and Big Brother told the housemates that everybody who had received a nomination would be in line for eviction - putting Harry and Jem's sister Faye in the firing line. And while he received the lowest number of public votes he did end up with one of the best audience reactions yet, with the crowd outside greeting him with cheers as he left the house. Afterwards Harry described the response as "pretty special", and told presenter Brian Dowling that he had mixed feelings about Jem's unexpected departure - but added that her leaving allowed him to be reunited with his loved ones quicker than he thought. "We've all wanted to walk. She knew the rest of us would be up," he said. "If you've got to leave that's your choice. The fact I was up meant I could see my girlfriend sooner. It's a win win situation." Just six housemates now remain in the show.
