There is speculation that Coronation Street's Michelle Keegan is dating co-star Ryan Thomas - who plays Jason Grimshaw - following her recent split from fiance Max George. According to the Mirror the pair have grown close since Michelle's relationship with The Wanted singer ended - and they have apparently been spotted having dinner together in Manchester, with friends hinting to the paper that they are an item. "Michelle and Ryan have always got on extremely well, but until now have only ever been good friends," a source said. "Ryan was with Tina O’Brien and then Michelle got with Max, so even if they had wanted to get together they wouldn’t have been able to. "But since Michelle ended things with Max about a month ago she has been spending a lot of time with Ryan. "At first it was just as friends, but things have started to develop and their feelings for each other have become stronger. They’ve been out on a couple of dates and are taking things slowly." The insider said the pair had appeared happy and relaxed together in Manchester last week, describing them as "like a couple on a date having a good time". Michelle, who plays Tina McIntyre on the soap, split from Max last month amid allegations that he had had explicit phone conversations with an ex-girlfriend.
