Leanne set to flip and trash the Bistro in Coronation Street

Coronation Street fans will see Leanne Battersby finally flip over ex Nick Tilsley's manipulating ways when she trashes his restaurant in front of diners next week.

Leanne, played by Jane Danson, split from husband Nick (Ben Price) after forgiving him for a one-night stand with his sister-in-law Kylie Platt (Paula Lane), but then unable to cope with his mood and personality changes following a van crash caused by his vengeful brother David Platt (Jack P Shepherd).

Meanwhile, Leanne has been getting close to gym owner Kal Nazir (Jimi Mistry), but a jealous Nick has been faking his seizures to get attention and come between them.

Furious to discover that she's been duped, Leanne will storm over to her and Nick's restaurant The Bistro and smash up the place, in front of horrified customers.

Jane said of the scene: "It was good fun. I trashed The Rovers many moons ago on Millennium Eve and that was quite satisfying."
