Watch Corrie's Steve and Lloyd in spin-off web series

Coronation Street characters Steve McDonald and Lloyd Mullaney are to star in their own spin-off web series.

The comic pair, played by Simon Gregson and Craig Charles, feature in the four-part mini-series, Steve And Lloyd's Streetcar Stories, which follows their late-night antics at the cab company.

The first episode, which has launched on Coronation Street's official website, sees Steve and Lloyd performing their own unique rendition of the Morecambe and Wise breakfast sketch.

Craig said: "We get a little dance-off. It's funny stuff."

The next instalment, The Great British Dunk Off, will be available on February 5, and will see the duo having some serious business to settle, with a stand-off like no other.

Part three, The Switch, will be online on February 10, followed by finale, The Showdown, on February 12.

Simon teased: "Fat Brenda makes an appearance," while Craig added: "And her daughter shows up."

Steve And Lloyd's Streetcar Stories, which has been written by Chris Fewtrell, can be seen on the ITV show's website - www.itv.com/corrie.
