As the week begins, Eileen is interrupted by a knock at the door. The police are on her doorstep, looking for Jason…

…Eileen breaks the terrible news to Jason - his dad, Tony, has been found dead in his flat with a suspected heart attack!

Todd offers his brother comfort, but Jason is devastated and blames himself.

Once he's over the shock, anger sets in, and Jason heads to the Rovers to confront Tony's ex, Liz, who he blames for his dad's death.

Later in the week, Todd, Phelan and Jason head to Tony's flat to pack up his belongings.

As Jason picks out a suit for Tony's funeral, he is overcome with emotion and heads out of the flat upset.

Jason's grief reaches new heights as he lashes out at everyone around him.

In the Rovers, Jason and Eva try to offer comfort, but a grieving Jason turns on his friend and violently pushes Aidan.

Keen to defend Jason, Phelan threatens Aidan.

But the feud soon escalates and Billy is forced to step in when Johnny punches Phelan!

Billy threatens to punch both Phelan and Johnny if they don't behave!
