EastEnders star Scott Maslen has had a laugh at co-star Samantha Janus's expense, suggesting she needs to brush her teeth a bit more. The actor, who plays Jack Branning, told whatsontv.co.uk at the British Soap Awards that it was a bit weird filming romantic scenes with his old friend, who plays Ronnie Mitchell. "But once we'd got over it it was quite funny actually. We used the fact we know each other to have a laugh, to get a bit cheeky. It's fun, it's fun... [But] she needs to brush her teeth a bit more." Scott said his nomination as sexiest male was not something he took too seriously. "Obviously it's a viewers' vote, so I have to go, you know what, respect to the people that voted, so thank you.
