EastEnders' Tony Discipline reveals to Soaplife how Tyler's return to Walford is not good, but an offer from Derek keeps him in Albert Square... So what was Tyler doing in Spain? "He helped Eddie sort out business. He was working all hours for no money and then he comes back to find out that his business has gone." How does that happen? "Tyler goes to the Emporium to open up and Lauren, Joey and Fatboy are there smashing up all the stock. Tyler's horrified and Fatboy explains that Anthony lost the business to Derek in a card game." And? "Tyler's furious, but he can't get to the bottom of what happened. He knows that Anthony is a gambler, but he doesn't know if it's Derek’s fault or if Joey coerced him." Joey wants Tyler to team up with him against Derek... "Yeah, but Tyler isn't interested in getting involved with Joey's vendetta and he tells Derek this." And he thumps Joey! "There's no love lost between them because Joey kissed Whit during a game of truth or dare. When Tyler turns down Joey's offer, Joey taunts him and says he's Derek's monkey. Tyler loses it and punches him." Then Derek has a proposition for Tyler... "Derek wants Tyler to run a market stall selling antiques and Derek's dodgy gear. It will be a 50/50 split." Should Tyler trust Derek? "Derek is quite persuasive and tells Tyler that he shouldn't suffer over something his brother did. Derek stresses that it is purely a business deal and it seems like a good offer. But I don't think Tyler trusts Derek one hundred per cent."
