'Fans are going to be very pleased with the result,' says Isobel about the recent wedding filming

Emmerdale actress Isobel Steele has promised Robron fans who’ve been waiting seemingly forever for Aaron Dingle and Robert Sugden to get hitched that they won't be disappointed by their wedding.

Isobel, who plays Aaron’s sister Liv Flaherty in the ITV soap, says that the cast have recently been shooting the big wedding scenes and reveals that there are some “cute” touches Robron fans will enjoy.

Talking to Inside Soap, Isobel said: “We’ve recently been filming Aaron and Robert’s wedding, and I think the fans are going to be very pleased with the result.

“There are a few little details in the episode that I think they will enjoy, with some cute moments that they will pick up and get into. The big day has been so long-awaited, so I am sure that it isn’t going to disappoint.”

Emmerdale recently teased the big day with a picture of the order of the service, saying: “Welcome to The Wedding of Robert Jacob Sugden & Aaron Dingle”

And Danny Miller, who plays Aaron, recently revealed that the wedding will take place in October. Meanwhile, Isobel Steele also spoke about taking on an alcoholism story as Liv.

"It was quite daunting," she said, adding: "I didn't have any acting lessons prior to Emmerdale, so it was like, 'God - this is something I need to learn about and know how to act.' Playing drunk is really difficult."

Emmerdale continues on ITV.
