Jamie: 'Robbie brings out the killer in Cameron'

Robbie brings out the killer in Cameron, according to Emmerdale star Jamie Shelton...

Robbie's a right little wind-up merchant… How does he set Cameron off?

'Robbie's selling cheap booze in the pub and Cameron catches him. He's angry, but Robbie's not intimidated by Cameron; he just doesn’t like him. Robbie’s going to do what he likes and wants to push Cameron."

Robbie tells Cameron, ‘If you hurt me, you hurt Debbie and that hurts Sarah'. How does Cameron react?

"Robbie’s pushed him all right and it gets physical. It becomes serious, but Robbie seems to love it. It’s like he’s got one over on Cameron."

But when he continues to provoke Cameron, Chas throws a drink over Robbie in front of everyone!

"Robbie's humiliated and storms out of the pub. He sees the cellar door is open and takes an opportunity to get back at Chas and Cameron. He goes into the cellar and starts smashing bottles."

And Cameron catches him... Is Robbie scared?

"I think there is a bit of fear. They’re in a situation where they’re alone and though Robbie isn’t a coward, he is aware that Cameron means business and he legs it."

But Cameron catches up with him outside... What happens?

"Robbie stumbles and Cameron gets him and whacks him up against the back of his van, then he jabs him in the ribs. Robbie’s winded and next thing Cameron shoves him in the back of the van. He ties him up with some tape and stuff, and covers his mouth. Real fear kicks in for Robbie. He doesn’t know that this is what happened when Cameron killed Alex so he doesn’t think he’s going to be murdered, but he’s panicked because he doesn’t know what is going to happen..."
