Cop-turned-ace illegal street racer Paul Walker and his ex-con pal Tyrese are persuaded to go undercover as drivers for a Miami drugs baron (Cole Hauser).
This sequel to 2001's The Fast and the Furious is supercharged, shiny and stupendously silly, with the characters merely links between the car chases.
Those action scenes really are awesome, though, particularly the sequences involving a truck and a boat.
Constantly proffering high fives and brazenly laughing at danger (and at their own wisecracks), the two leads have a lot of fun and Hauser slyly steals the film.
