Cleaning, chaos, and cats – just another regular Friday night…

Another feast of farcical family fun as the fourth series of Robert Popper's sitcom continues. Dad (Paul Ritter) is enjoying one of his highlights of the year –he's on a cleaning binge to ensure that all the door fittings are squeaky clean. Naturally, he is soon swearing profusely after an oil spill. Will the boys rally round? Can they manage to clean the carpet before Mum (Tamsin Grieg) loses her rag? Meanwhile, neighbour Jim (Mark Heap), hardly a paragon of pet-keeping virtue, has become the proud new owner of a cat. As ever, Tamsin Greig, Paul Ritter, Simon Bird and Tom Rosenthal hit all the right notes.
