The third series of this documentary goes behind the scenes to reveal the network of people who make the airport run as smoothly as possible.

Heathrow's day begins at 6.00am, when air-traffic controllers must land a plane every 80 seconds in order to clear the backlog of arrivals, ready for the day.

On the ground are airside engineers Matt and Mo, whose – literally – hair-raising job involves being within touching distance of landing planes, while passenger experience manager Sue placates people in the terminal.
