Sacha's vowed to stand by daughter Rachel, since learning she's pregnant, following an affair with her teacher, Mr Kerrigan. Rachel insists it's over between them and Sacha's relieved when she says she's going to report Kerrigan to police! Sacha’s authorised for Rachel to leave hospital, unaware she’s been secretly planning to reunite with Kerrigan. When further tests reveal Rachel's still seriously ill and Sacha says she can’t go home, the teen takes matters into her own hands…

As Sacha’s called away to perform emergency surgery on another patient, Rachel flees Holby on Arthur's bike! Sacha soon realises she's gone to meet Kerrigan, and faces a race against time to stop Rachel putting herself and her unborn child in jeopardy…

Meanwhile, Harry realises he has stronger feelings for his ex Mary Claire than he initially thought. Fletch goads him about this, asking whether he’s comfortable knowing that Mary Claire’s dating someone else. Has Harry let his love slip away?

Also, Mo’s angry when Ma Affanga apologises for keeping her parentage a secret. As a peace offering, Ma presents her with a box of keepsakes, which could offer up some answers. Mo’s reluctant to lift the lid on her family secrets but with a little help from Adele, she opens the box…
