Casualty spoilers: Connie must make a life-changing decision for deadly-ill daughter Grace…

Connie Beauchamp’s nightmare continues this week when her daughter Grace’s condition deteriorates, and she must make a life or death decision.

Grace, 10, is in a coma with a traumatic brain injury after first getting trapped in a car that plunged off a ravine and later in a medical helicopter that crashed into Holby ED.

New tests show Grace now also has a tear in her aorta and needs urgent surgery - but this surgery could cause even more pressure on her brain! With Holby City experts neurosurgeon Guy Self and cardiologist Jac Naylor (John Michie and Rosie Marcel) unable to agree on what’s best for Grace, it’s up to exhausted Connie to come to a decision, which could either kill or help her daughter…

Will vulnerable Grace die?
